June 11, 2016 As Special Liaison to the C.A.R., Texas SAR Compatriot Ron Carter traveled to San Marcos to present the Texas Society Children of the American Revolution (T.S.C.A.R.) information regarding the Texas SAR – C.A.R. Essay Contest and a $500 donation. The check was presented to Taylor Walters, 2016-17 State Pres. of T.S.C.A.R. and to Compatriot Joe Sogan who is the T.S.C.A.R.'s Sr. State Pres.
