Rumbaugh Oration Contest Winner 2020
The winner of the Texas SAR Joseph S. Rumbaugh Historical Oration Contest for 2020 is Candace Landrum. Miss Landrum was sponsored by the San Antonio Chapter #4. She represented the Texas Society, Sons of the American Revolution at the 2020 Annual Conference in Louisville, KY in June 2015.
