2014 –2015 LA Texas SAR Fundraiser
The Ladies Auxiliary is so pleased to announce its newest fundraiser. It is a beautiful quilt in patriotic colors hand crafted and designed by quilter Phoebe Hartline. Phoebe lives in the Texas panhandle and has been quilting for many years.
You will agree that the quilt below is incredible! The money raised from this fundraiser will be given by the LATXSSAR to support the Texas SAR Patriot Fund Expense Account. The Patriot Fund is used to support the youth programs. These programs include: Eagle Scout Essay Contest, Orations, JROTC Scholarship, Sea Cadets Scholarship, Youth Essay, C.A.R. Essay, and Outstanding American History Teacher. Please check the Texas SAR web site for details of these programs.
