Photos without a meaningful description are discouraged.

Keep photos with supporting documents in the keyword folders.  

All most all archived items were converted to .pdf format, 
including photos to provide a lossless manner to avoid future decoding and recoding issues.

Recommended filenames are those as
   YYYYMMDD and a meaningful description.  Example:
   20240704 Dallas Parade, Colorguard cmdr John Doe.pdf

Remember the filename and description will be used for future searches for information.

There are several ways to caption photos:
 o Embed the caption within the bottom portion of the photo.
 o While images are converted to .pdf, insert the caption into the .pdf
