Photos without a meaningful description are discouraged.

Keep photos with supporting documents in the keyword folders.  

Recommended filenames are those as
   YYYYMMDD and a meaningful description.  Example:
   20240704 Dallas Parade, Colorguard cmdr John Doe.jpg

Remember the filename and description will be used for future searches for information.

There are several ways to caption photos:
 o Embed the caption within the bottom portion of the photo.
 o create a .txt file containing the caption, 
   and name the .txt file with the exact same name as the photo.
